    Job Description :

    GENERAL OVERVIEW

    Monitors and maintains hospital areas to enhance patient care.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Perform maintenance in all hospital areas. 40%

    + Move furniture, file cabinets and other equipment. 20%

    + Perform minor repairs of all utilities throughout the campus. 20%

    + Structural repairs of hospital areas. 20%

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum

    + 3 years hospital experience or equivalent.

    Preferred

    + Trade School Diploma preferred.
