Principal Consultant.IC3 – Cash Management

_As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this consulting position:_

+ _Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team._

+ _Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints._

+ _Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment_

+ _Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations._

+ _Self-starter that provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions._

+ _Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions._

+ _Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions._

Responsibilities

_Preferred Qualifications_

+ _Proven experience relevant to this position including 5 years of functional consulting experience._

+ _Prior team leadership or management experience preferred._

+ _Business process experience in the following areas:_

+ _Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years of experience in Cash Management & Treasury related processes including Managing Global Bank Accounts and Statement formats, Cash Positioning and Forecasting, Virtual Bank Accounts, Auto Reconciliation, Negative Cash Flow, ZBA Transaction Rules, Embedded Banking Processes, Multi-Currency bank accounts._

+ _5-10 years/solid overall Record to Report process implementation experience including Cash Management & Treasury._

+ _Ability to lead bank integrations with trading partners for outbound and inbound cash flows._

+ _Ability to manage complex data conversion cycles and explain best practices in migrating global, multi-currency bank accounts._

+ _Holds BS in Accounting or related field OR equivalent experience_

+ _CPA is a plus_

+ _Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus_

+ _Ability to communicate effectively_

+ _Ability to build rapport with team members and clients_

+ _Strong influencing and negotiation skills_

+ _Ability to travel up to 30%, when required_

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
