Concierge – We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat greeter to work at a medical facility in the Holyoke, MA area

Shifts are Seven days a week. The current need is Monday - Friday 12pm to 11pm (Shift Vary 12-5pm, or 5pm-11pm) and Saturday 6:45am - 2pm or 1:45pm - 9pm and Sunday 8am - 2:30pm or 2:30pm - 9pm (Part-time schedule). All applicants are required to work at least 1 weekend shift.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome

Ask screening questions to ensure safety

Provide Directions to Hospital Facilities, referencing a directory

Call for interpreter services as needed

Lobby Tasks (Cleaning, Organizing, and Basic operations)

Answer incoming calls and Book transportation services as needed

Be an outstanding first and last impression for every visitor

Customer service experience and good references from previous employers will be required. A neat appearance and outstanding attitude will be required. You must be prepared to come to work with a smile and a good attitude each shift.

$17.00 base pay to start. Paid sick/vacation time available, Health/Dental insurance available for FT after 90 days (50/50 split), 401k available after one year.
