    We're seeking a Senior Program Analyst who will serve as a senior contracts analyst providing expert, day-to-day support to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in the execution of a complex task order under the AMCOM EXPRESS IDIQ contract. The analyst assists the COR in all contractual and financial matters by continuously monitoring expenditures and burn rates, processing contractor invoices for COR validation, and tracking funding documents. To help the COR oversee performance, the analyst is responsible for verifying all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards, reviewing contractor personnel resumes to ensure they meet the education and experience requirements stipulated in the task order, proactively identifying performance risks for the COR's attention, and reviewing contractor reports for compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). You will also provide direct administrative support by maintaining the official COR file in an audit-ready state, drafting contractual correspondence on behalf of the COR, and acting as a key liaison between the COR, the prime contractor, and the Contracting Officer to facilitate clear communication.

    Required

    + BS or BA degree

    + 15- years of direct US Government contract management experience

    + Document experience with the AMCOM EXPRESS IDIQ contract vehicle is desired

    + Expert knowledge of the FAR and DFARS

    + Strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

    + Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
