What you’ll do

+ Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems

+ Analyze incident trends and support root cause tracking

+ Monitor training and certification compliance across regions

+ Assist in data collection and analysis to support the creation of dashboards and reports for safety KPIs

+ Prepare monthly and quarterly summary reports

+ Support site audits and maintain documentation

+ Provide reporting support during inspections or audits

+ Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel

+ Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping

+ Assist with continuous improvement of reporting tools

What you’ll need

+ To be 18 years of age or older

+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support

+ Proficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platforms

+ Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks with high accuracy

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical abilities & exposures

+ **Routinely:** Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations

+ **Occasionally:** Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles

The wage range for Safety Analyst is $70,000.00** **- $80,000.00** **.
