    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an individual contributor Product Manager for a prestigous global banking client, which serves as the issuing bank behind a popular tech-forward consumer credit card.

     

    This product team is responsible for improving the platforms and technologies supporting new customer application experiences. This includes the application process and credit line management experiences.

    Example Initiatives and Priorities:

    - Enabling income capture within the user experience

     

    - Improving the new customer application experience

     

    - Handling the application experience for previous customers who reapply

    Responsibilities:

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Privacy, Marketing Legal and Compliance, Risk and Operations) to build out relevant features

     

    - Facilitate Agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definition

     

    - Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to guide product build

     

    - Track key metrics and outcomes

     

    - Build Control framework, process and procedure for owned product

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5-10 years of Product Manager experience

     

    - Proficiency with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)

     

    - Experience with Credit Card business

     

    - Experience owning and running projects with clear planning and milestones

     

    - Strong technical understanding to collaborate with Engineering and develop technical solutions

     

    - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in financial technology

     

    - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency with Agile methodologies

     

    - Ability to operate with Snowflake and work with data

     

    - Experience with Apple Pay, Apple Card, or similar Digital Wallet products
