    Job Description

    An employer is seeking a talented and sharp Program Manager for one of our top financial services clients sitting in Charlotte, NC. This individual will be joining a horizontal Program Management team within the Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology space. In the role, this individual will be responsible for consuming and presenting on usable data, working with internal tools, interacting with adjacent business partners, tech partners, and tech executives. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience as both a Program/Project Manager and a Business Analyst background in a large enterprise banking environment. Candidate must have very strong communication skills.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5-10 years of Program/Project Management experience

     

    Advanced talent in Excel (Formulas, Pivoting, Lookups)

     

    - Not a data transformation expert, but comfortable consuming usable data, summarizing, and presenting this in PowerPoints

     

    Advanced understanding of PPRT (Program Project Risk Tool)

     

    Previous Banking Experience (IDEAL REQUIREMENT)

     

    Comfortable working with tech execs to influence meeting target dates and mitigate risks

     

    - PowerPoint Presentation skills to key execs

    Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

    Excellent communication skills Technical implementation experience (software upgrades, security upgrades, etc.)
