Job Description

Day to Day:

• Lead UX research projects to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations

• Develop research strategies aligned with product and design goals

• Apply a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

• Analyze research findings and provide actionable insights for product teams

• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to enhance user experience

• Present research insights to stakeholders and influence business decisions

• Identify opportunities for UX improvements through competitor analysis and market trends

• Mentor junior UX researchers and foster a culture of research excellence

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• Strong expertise in UX research methodologies (Qualitative and Quantitative)

• 6-8 years of experience as a UX Researcher or User Researcher

• Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations

• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across different business levels

• Proven experience with conducting research in a B2B product setting is highly desirable Nice to Have:

• AI knowledge and experience using AI

• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills

• Thinking outside the box
