Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our early intervention team. This position focuses on providing therapy services to young children, including those diagnosed on the autism spectrum, in a structured onsite setting. You will collaborate with teachers and assistants, work directly with families, and help children achieve developmental milestones through evidence-based strategies.
Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to children in a classroom-based setting (no in-home visits).
Work with children ages 2+ during scheduled sessions.
Write detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide strategies for families to support progress at home and school.
Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams (Speech, ABA).
Make referrals for additional services as needed.
Ensure compliance with all program and regulatory standards.

Skills and Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in New York
Experience working with young children and those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Strong communication skills for family interaction and team collaboration.
Ability to develop individualized strategies and write comprehensive reports.
