Job Description
• Partner with UI designer and UX researcher to create seamless experiences for Salesforce users within IT.
• Conduct UX architecture planning, including user flows, wireframes, and interaction models.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure designs align with business and technical requirements.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate based on research findings.
• Ensure consistency and usability across all Salesforce-related interfaces.
pay rate begins at $35/hr

Skills and Requirements
• Proven experience as a UX Architect / Experience Architect
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to design for complex IT environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UI designers and UX researchers.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level systems and workflows. • Experience working in IT organizations or supporting internal technical teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce customization and integration.
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior experience in large-scale CRM implementations.
