    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Reporting Specialist. This role focuses on gathering requirements and developing accurate reports and dashboards that support HR operations. It is essential that the candidate understands Core HR, Absences, and OTL in order to produce accurate and comprehensive reporting. The specialist will work closely with HR stakeholders and the implementation team to align HCM design, workflows, and functionality with Suburban’s business objectives and Oracle best practices.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Full life‑cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience across multiple modules.

     

    - Strong hands‑on experience configuring Core HR and key HCM modules—specifically Absence, OTL, and Compensation.

     

    - Familiarity with Oracle features, including configuring Journeys and Pages.

     

    - In‑depth understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and reporting needs.

     

    Strong experience in system configuration and reporting, with the ability to assess whether existing configurations have been implemented correctly. - Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UI features

     

    - Knowledge of APIs

     

    - Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (especially Core HR and Redwood Journeys)
