    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Senior AI Chatbot Engineer to join one of their AI Start-up clients focused on AI SaaS solutions for MSPs and SMBs in New York City. In the role, you’ll design and maintain both frontend and backend systems powering our AI platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences while managing complex AI workloads and data pipelines. This role offers hands-on work with emerging technologies and state-of-the-art AI frameworks to create production-ready solutions. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days a week onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) in New York City's Flatiron District.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, prototype, and ship new features.

    •Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

    •Implement responsive & design principles to maintain a seamless user experience across various devices.

    •Create clean abstractions and interfaces which work with an integration-heavy technical product

    •Troubleshoot, debug and fix application issues when they arise

    •Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

    •Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications are current and competitive.

    Skills and Requirements

    •8+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications

    •Enterprise and Start-up experience

    •Familiarity with Lang Chain or another AI orchestration framework to build LLM-powered applications

    •Experience with Next.js, Typescript, and server-side environments

    •Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

    •Ability to share personal or side projects
