Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Field Lead at a power plant for one of our top clients in the Mt. Storm, WV area. In this role you will supervise on-site activities, manage vendors, ensure safety and quality compliance, and serve as the primary site contact. Requires 80% field presence, oversight of boiler and balance-of-plant projects, and adherence to our clients standards. Weekend and shift work during outages is expected.
Key Details:
• Location: Mount Storm Power Station, WV
• Shifts: Day and Night (indicate preference)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction execution with safety and environmental compliance
• Inspect work quality and adherence to SOW and specifications
• Provide reports and feedback to management and contractors
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues promptly
Pay Rate: $76/HR

Skills and Requirements
• 3+ years in construction, engineering, or management
• Knowledge of power plant systems (turbines, generators, pumps, controls)
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and prepare reports
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with OSHA practices
• Physical ability for field work (confined spaces, ladders, respirator)
• OSHA 10 preferred
