    Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certificated

     

    5+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce Technologies Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles - required

     

    5+ years of experience with Programming languages APEX, Core Java, Java Script

    Skills and Requirements

    Insight Global is looking for a remote hands‑on Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver Health Cloud solutions that power claims inventory centric workflows. You’ll set technical directions, lead engineering squads, and build secure, scalable integrations across our enterprise healthcare ecosystem.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Design & build Health Cloud + Service Cloud for Claims inventory workflow optimization

     

    Integrate with upstream systems via REST/Bulk/FHIR APIs and event streams (Kafka/MQ).

     

    Lead delivery: story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, CI/CD.

     

    Govern compliance: HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, role/permission modeling.

     

    Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, product, security, and data teams.
