    Job Description

    We’re seeking a technically strong Project Manager (3–5 years’ experience) to lead and support initiatives within the Cyber PMO, with a key focus on GRC platform replacement to Fortress and adjacent cybersecurity initiatives. The PM will drive SDLC‑focused IT projects, partner closely with Cyber, Risk/Compliance, and Engineering teams, and present clear, executive‑ready updates to senior stakeholders.

     

    Hourly Pay Range: $40-50

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3–5 years of project management experience in IT or cybersecurity.

     

    Background in Cybersecurity (GRC experience preferred; any cyber domain acceptable).

     

    Strong understanding of SDLC and technical concepts.

     

    Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

     

    Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

     

    Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to present to executive audiences.

     

    Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with GRC platforms (Fortress or similar).

     

    Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).

     

    Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Security+).
