    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an Associate Director to lead a high‑performing team for one of our top Facilities Management clients in the St. Louis market. This leader will oversee a team of managers, drive operational excellence, and support the growth of both existing and emerging client portfolios.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Provide formal supervision and leadership to employees, including training, development, performance evaluations, coaching, and oversight of recruiting and hiring.

     

    - Coordinate and manage daily team operations, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross‑training staff.

     

    - Set and monitor staff and departmental deadlines, offering mentorship and coaching as needed.

     

    - Partner with senior sales professionals to define complex project requirements, evaluate approaches, develop action plans for high‑risk areas, and ensure timely execution by the team.

     

    - Secure and coordinate resources required to support projects and develop strategic operational plans.

     

    - Manage sales activities and relationships with large, high‑profile clients; identify new sales opportunities and improvements within existing accounts.

     

    - Review service‑level performance reports to ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

     

    - Troubleshoot escalated issues, collaborating closely with senior internal stakeholders and client cross‑functional teams. Serve as a subject matter expert on key systems and processes.

     

    - Guide clients and project teams on scope of work, responsibilities, daily performance expectations, and delivery against contractual obligations.

     

    - Apply broad business knowledge and cross‑disciplinary understanding to achieve team and departmental objectives.

     

    - Lead by example and model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values; influence others while adhering to organizational policies and plans.

     

    - Identify and resolve complex technical and operational challenges.

     

    - Recognize the broader departmental impact of decisions and actions.

     

    - Continuously improve existing methods, processes, and standards within the discipline.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 6+ years of relevant experience within Facilities Management

     

    - Experience in a leadership role overseeing a group of manager-level or above staff members

     

    - Experience in sales, whether that be new business or retention

     

    - Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

     

    - Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

     

    - Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.

     

    - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

     

    - Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. - Degree in Business Management or a similar relevant degree
