    Job Description

    The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making in support of the Sales organization. This role will support quota planning, org design, and other strategic initiatives by leveraging data analytics, visualization, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with strong business acumen and a passion for enabling sales performance.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.

     

    Advanced knowledge of data analytics and reporting best practices.

     

    Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

     

    Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).

     

    Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

     

    Ability to clearly communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.

     

    Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
