Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an individual contributor Product Manager for a prestigous global banking client, which serves as the issuing bank behind a popular tech-forward consumer credit card.
This product team is responsible for improving the platforms and technologies supporting the credit card Dispute agents, which includes transactional, non-transactional, and fraud related consumer credit card disputes in compliance with US Regulation Z and Mastercard chargeback and dispute procedures. The role could focus across front office intake, back-office investigations, data controls, and more.
Example Initiatives and Priorities:
- Build a chatbot to automate disputes intakes
- Automate fraud disputes classification at the time of intake
- Improve back-office agent efficiency by automating data extraction from various data sources
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal and Compliance, Fraud and Disputes Operations, other Product teams) to build out relevant features
- Facilitate Agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definition
- Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to guide product build
- Track key metrics and outcomes
- Build Control framework, process and procedure for owned product

Skills and Requirements
- 3-10 years of Product Manager experience
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)
- Experience with Credit Card business
- Experience owning and running projects with clear planning and milestones
- Strong technical understanding to collaborate with Engineering and develop technical solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in financial technology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Knowledge within credit card disputes or fraud highly preferred
- Knowledge of chargeback processes procedures
- Experience with Mastercard
- Experience with Apple Pay, Apple Card, or similar Digital Wallet products
