    Job Description

    You will be a key contributor to the support and enhancement of our leasing and lending accounting applications (Odessa) as well as other Leasing applications within the environment. The candidate will support the team and business users for reporting and extracts, system enhancements, migration efforts, testing, and ticket resolution and special projects. This role requires a solid foundation in SQL reporting, but also demands direct experience with Microsoft development tools, scripting languages, and data integration technologies.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    o 4+ years of experience in SQL report writing and data warehousing using Microsoft SQL Server.

     

    o 4+ years of experience utilizing T-SQL, SSIS, and SSAS.

     

    o 4+ years of experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

     

    o 2+ years of experience and knowledge with .NET development and scripting languages such as Python.

     

    o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

     

    o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience. o Familiarity with the Odessa leasing and billing application.

     

    o Experience with the broader Microsoft technical stack, including Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
