    Job Description

    Conducts site assessments such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments when required.

     

    Performs asbestos inspections and air monitoring, as well as industrial hygiene evaluations for mold and indoor air quality.

     

    Primarily serves property management companies, supporting renovation projects or property transitions with environmental surveys and sampling.

     

    Manages multiple projects simultaneously (typically 4–6 at a time), balancing fieldwork and office responsibilities.

     

    Spends approximately 70% of time in the field collecting samples and performing site inspections, and 30% in the office organizing paperwork, writing reports, and compiling findings.

     

    Responsible for pulling environmental samples (e.g., for asbestos, mold, air quality), but does not conduct laboratory analysis or perform actual remediation/removal.

     

    Ensures all documentation is thorough and organized, supporting clear communication with clients and regulatory compliance.
