    Given our continued growth, we have immediate roles available for a highly motivatedPrincipal Hardware Engineerto join our Continued Engineering Support (CES) team. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your skills supporting the continued production and sustainment of various complex microwave modules, submodules, circuit card assemblies, and subsystems utilized across multiple projects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms.

    Activities day to day will vary and may include:

    + Engineering evaluation and troubleshooting of failed assemblies

    + Coordination with the Operations team to resolve issues and drive corrective actions

    + Delegating tasking and mentoring less experienced engineers and technicians

    + Technical management of engineering activity related to production support

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + 10 years experience working on RF/Microwave designs or circuit card assemblies or other electronic systems.

    + Ability to research and apply engineering principles and theories to solve technical problems

    + Ability to multi-task and utilize resources on your team to solve issues in a dynamic environment

    + Motivated self-starter with leadership potential and ability to effectively work in a team environment

    + Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability

    + Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner - Own the Design

    + Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Experience working in a manufacturing environment

    + Experience in RF/Microwave subsystem, module and circuit design and development

    + Experience working in a manufacturing environment

    + Experience developing Engineering Basis of Estimate for proposed engineering work

    + Experience in packaging of electronics

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
