Job Description
This position will be part of the Inventory Control team supporting the Cycle Count program with regards to inventory counts and reconciliations.
Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following functions:
+ Daily entry of cycle counts
+ Updating of tracking reports
+ Auditing of inventory re-counts
+ Support cycle count reconciliations and closures
+ Manage inventory count requests in support of production job closures
+ Support process improvements to improve inventory accuracy and mitigate the risk of inventory discrepancies.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ High School Diploma and 3 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
+ Previous experience using Oracle ERP system
+ Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels
+ Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word and Excel, Outlook) and basic proficiency with Power Point
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience in Defense, Aerospace and/or manufacturing work environment
+ Knowledge Skills and Ability
+ Customer service focused, with willingness to own the customer experience
+ Ability to work and make decisions independently
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Pays close attention to detail in dynamic manufacturing environment
+ Strong process improvement and problem resolution skills
+ Work in a Team Environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $54014 - $86423
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
