Job Description
Launch Your Career in Tech Sales & Marketing
Are you eager to start your career in a fast-paced, innovative industry? Western Digital is seeking upcoming Summer 2026 and Summer 2027 graduates to join our full-time and internship Sales & Marketing programs. This is your opportunity to work on impactful projects, develop professional skills, and grow within the world of data storage and cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
+ Support lead generation and customer outreach efforts.
+ Assist in the planning and execution of major events such as our Global Sales Meeting.
+ Contribute to marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
+ Create promotional materials, presentations, and competitive intelligence reports.
+ Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
**Full-time** : The full-time rotational program will consist of 4, 3-month placements across teams in our Sales and Marketing organizations, with final placement determined at the end of the rotation.
**Internship** : This 12-week paid internship runs from May to August 2026 and is a full-time, 40 hour/week position.
Both the full-time and internship programs are based in our office in Irvine, CA. Candidates who do not require relocation to the Irvine area will be prioritized. The role is primarily in-person, up to 5 days per week, with standard business hours (9am–5pm PDT).
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
+ For interns, graduation date of May-June 2027; for full-time, graduation date by June 2026.
+ Minimum GPA of 3.0.
+ Authorization to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
Skills & Traits
+ Strong analytical and research skills with an interest in technology and data.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
+ Comfortable in fast-paced environments and collaborative team settings.
+ Experience through clubs, sports, or extracurriculars is a plus!
