    Staff Management is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who will be responsible for enhancing the experience of our affiliates by delivering exceptional customer service support. This role involves responding to business requests via phone, email, and customer portals in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, while ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience.     Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire.

     

    Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour

    Duties:

    1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of the product and processes specific to assigned brand.

    2. Manage customer experience interactions by providing accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phones, email or our customer online portal.

    3. Follow standard operating procedures to support and resolve customer requests: order status, tracking, pricing, change requests and such.

    4. Act as customer liaison when working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests.

    5. Complete initial troubleshooting and escalate to the appropriate team as necessary.

    6. Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems.

    7. Accurately document service requests in CRM to ensure data integrity for root cause problem solving activities across the business.

    8. Meet all service level agreements as assigned.

    Position Requirements:

    1. 2 years of customer service experience.

    2. HS Diploma or GED required.

    3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    4. Working knowledge of Computer based applications.

    5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

     

    Requirements: Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

     

    Work Location: SMX at Allegion, Colorado Springs, CO 80911.

     

    Job Types: Customer Service Rep, Administrative/Clerical.

     

    Industry: Customer Service/Call Center.

     

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $16.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
