Health Plus Management, LLC (HPM) is the leading management provider for independently owned physician practices, specializing in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Practice Manager/Supervisor for a temporary-to-permanent role to oversee and manage our growing orthopedic clinics. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as experience in managing a multi-site medical practice, which includes overseeing the daily operations of our clinics, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality patient care across all locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive patient experience, driving patient satisfaction and loyalty, and enhancing patient engagement across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and manage the daily operations of our Orthopedic practice, ensuring that each clinic is providing high-quality care to patients and meeting operational and financial targets.
+ Recruit, train, and manage staff including clinical, administrative and support positions, across all locations to ensure they provide high-quality patient care and customer service.
+ Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency across all sites and compliance with relevant regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
+ Manage the financial performance and budgets for the practice, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled and providing progress reports to management.
+ Monitor and evaluate the clinical and operational performance of each clinic, offering regular feedback and coaching to clinical and administrative staff as needed.
+ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all locations.
+ Develop strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative staff and work closely to ensure effective communication, identify and implement process improvements and achieve efficient and effective operations.
+ Collaborate with other healthcare providers and organizations to improve patient care and outcomes.
+ Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to increase patient volumes and revenue.
+ Monitor and analyze patient satisfaction metrics, and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient experience, including patient-centered education, communication, and care initiatives to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions and drive patient loyalty.
+ Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a multi-site orthopedic medical practice
+ Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and billing and coding practices.
+ Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Information
+ Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
+ Duration: Temporary-to-permanent role starting with a minimum 6-month assignment and potential for long-term employment.
+ Approximate Pay: Starting at $90,000+/year
