Essential Functions
+ Manage Salesforce, or other similar product data feeds and other third-party application integrations
+ Assist in training of new Salesforce, or other similar product users and grow the Salesforce, or other similar product skill set across the organization
+ Identifies, analyzes, quantifies, and summarizes complex issues including system errors and bugs. Escalates as needed and appropriate.
+ Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades including all third-party app integrations.
+ Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new system configuration and project requests.
+ Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team.
+ Work with Leadership to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
+ Work independently with members of the user community to define and document business requirements.
+ Be proactive in seeking and building out new efficiencies for end users.
+ Work efficiently with third-party technology support teams to solve problems and build enhancements, as needed.
+ Documentation of technical components/workflows/custom objects, as needed.
+ Responsible for managing and monitoring data back-ups and security of data flows/retention.
+ Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education, Licensure or Certification:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent is required
+ Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
+ Technical certifications are strongly preferred
Work Experience or Related Experience:
+ Minimum two years of experience in the Salesforce, or other similar product environment
+ Previous experience troubleshooting, and monitoring software applications is preferred.
+ Salesforce, Service Cloud and/or Developer certifications preferred.
+ Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce, or other similar product best practices and functionality.
+ Strong data management abilities.
+ A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
+ Medical or pertinent health care services industry experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described, including the ability to present compelling solutions, portray professionalism and instill confidence
+ Incumbents must have a good attention for detail and a strong proficiency with business and communications software.
+ Organizational and time management skills are required as is the ability to perform work with little
+ The ability to interact effectively with team members, marketing or product development staff and others.
+ The ability to be proactive and self-directed utilizing good time management, decision-making, and organization skills is required. Incumbents must be able to prioritize multiple tasks
+ Knowledge of data relations and the ability to read data and data related tables.
+ The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously is required.

+ MS Office Programs, Ticket Management systems, Network monitoring, and Digital phone systems/software
+ Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Desktop/Mobile phones and CRM’s
Travel Requirements and Conditions
+ Occasional travel may be required, including overnight travel to attend offsite trainings or meetings.
