**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Manufacturing Laborers** for projects located in the **Tri Cites, WA area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$22-28/hour** based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Load materials into machines and operate equipment safely and efficiently

+ Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed

+ Package finished products and prepare them for shipment

+ Complete required production documentation and logs

+ Maintain a clean, safe work environment

+ Report equipment issues or quality problems to supervisors

+ Set up, adjust, and operate production machines based on specifications

+ Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment

+ Monitor machine performance and output quality throughout shifts

+ Ensure machines comply with safety and quality standards

+ Read and interpret work orders, technical sheets, and production specifications
