    Job Overview

     

    Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced **Quality Manager** for a growing manufacturing company in **Dyersville, IA** . This hands-on position is responsible for overseeing quality systems, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that all products meet customer and industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and maintain the company’s quality management system and inspection processes

    + Develop and enforce quality control standards, procedures, and policies

    + Conduct product inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications

    + Train and support production staff on quality procedures and best practices

    + Analyze quality data and identify root causes of defects or inconsistencies

    + Collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership to resolve quality issues

    + Maintain calibration records, documentation, and quality certifications

    + Communicate effectively with customers and vendors regarding quality matters

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment required

    + Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

    + Proficiency in inspection tools, measurement systems, and quality documentation

    + Knowledge of ISO standards or similar quality management systems

    + Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement

    Schedule & Pay:

    + Monday–Friday, day shift hours

    + $24–$30/hour depending on experience
