About the role:

The Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in various initiatives, including database management, campaign coordination, and various other responsibilities. Utilizing a broad base of skills –organizational, analytical, and creative – this generalist position supports the execution of marketing strategy across Veritext.

What you'll get to do:

+ Support marketing and sales executives with Salesforce.com and Marketo.com system administration.

+ Act as coordinator for Continuing Education programs for various constituents, including preparing applications, issuing certificates, and communicating with agencies, attorneys, paralegals, and independent contractors..

+ Create and enhance content to increase search engine optimization (SEO).

+ Assist with creating and analyzing marketing campaigns.

+ Audit databases and perform research to assure data completion and accuracy.

+ Assist in creation of reports and automation rules to ensure continuous database cleanliness.

+ Assist with the design, maintenance and organization of marketing collateral including ads, invitations, proposals and other collateral.

+ Provide support to marketing department including creative design, proofreading, maintenance of website.

+ Monitor marketing email inbox and route requests to appropriate departments.

+ Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and social media platforms

+ Draft social posts and images to elevate engagement on Social Media while adhering to brand standards and guidelines.

+ Other duties as needed.
