    Residential Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Residential Sales professional to support continued growth in the Pittsburgh market. This role will report directly to the Residential Director of Sales and is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who thrives in a competitive, customer-focused sales environment. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented.

    Responsibilities:

    + Deliver a 100% quality on all customer service calls

    + Conduct in home sales presentations and complete comprehensive home comfort system evaluations

    + 2-4 in home presentations a day

    + Proactively generate and develop self-generated leads.

    + Ensure timely response to all customer requests

    + Support the TUDI Mechanical Sales Team by assisting in the development of customized solutions that meet customer needs and service expectations

    + Represent the company at Home Shows, Costco stores, and other networking events

    + Actively market and promote TUDI Mechanical on a full-time basis.

    + Prepare clear quotations and proposals for customers

    + Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by TUDI Mechanical management.

    Qualifications:

    + HS diploma/GED required.

    + 2 years of in home sales experience

    + Valid Driver’s License.

    + Knowledge in residential HVAC, A/C, and furnaces.
