Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Main duties related to business development, airline customer relations, pricing, supply management, and logistics and optimisation oversight.
**Sales and marketing responsibilities:** The role involves meeting earnings and volume targets globally, maximizing margins through strong customer relationships, supporting business development, collaborating with global teams, managing relations, and ensuring profitability of won business.
**Business planning and strategy execution:** The position leads strategy formulation and execution for airports under its purview by analyzing various factors including historical results, economic conditions, and competitor activity, while engaging internal and external stakeholders to advance business prospects and projects.
**Market intelligence and supply risk management:** Responsibilities include managing price and demand forecasts, gathering market intelligence, maintaining knowledge of logistics, identifying supply sources, coordinating with operations and supply teams, managing customer hedging, and price exposure management.
**Candidate evaluation criteria:** Key attributes include proven leadership with the ability to navigate dynamic business environments and build trust; strong business acumen with knowledge of jet fuel markets and commercial savvy; an enterprise mindset to align strategies across the value chain; and excellent relationship-building and communication skills with airline customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications/ Skills competencies:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 10 years of experience in sales and marketing
+ Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
+ Building strong relationships
+ Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
+ MBA
+ With experience in SAP and Salesforce
