    ARCO is looking for a Strategic Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team to identify and engage top talent.     A DAY IN THE LIFE

    + Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs

    + Identify passive talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, cold calling, industry forums, referrals, and targeted research

    + Connect and build relationships with potential candidates to assess fit and maintain strong talent pipelines

    + Review profiles and resumes, qualify leads for recruiters’ workflows and add them to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    + Keep candidate pipelines active to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects

    + Stay up to date on industry trends and leverage innovative sourcing tools to stay ahead of talent needs

    + Join team meetings to share best practices, evaluate results, and continuously improve sourcing strategies

    + Help the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, when needed

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    + 3+ years of experience in sourcing, cold calling and/or recruiting research.

    + Experience working on an in-house corporate recruiting team preferred

    + Construction industry experience is preferred

    + Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification is a plus

    + Experience with iCIMS or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    + Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo. Search Booleans Experience is a bonus.

    + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
