    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Develop, implement, and manage training programs for new hires and existing staff.

    + Conduct skills assessments, audits, and refresher training to identify areas for training improvement, and promote continuous improvement.

    + Manage training curriculum, training schedules, delivery methods, and performance.

    + Collaborate with leaders inside and outside the department to develop and integrate training needs and performance gaps.

    + Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain a positive and purposeful work environment.

    + Respond to requests for professional information or advice, referring to complex matters to leadership.

    + Mentor staff as appropriate.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree.

    + Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Training Manager, or Quality Assurance Specialist.

    + Licensure: None.

    + Certification: None.

    + Knowledge, skills, and abilities (required): Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.

    + Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.

    + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).

    + Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

    + Experience: 5 or more years of experience as a Training Manager or experience teaching quality assurance preferably within a healthcare setting.

    + Licensure: None.
