+ Join a collegial team within an outpatient primary care setting

+ 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers

+ Great office hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

+ Practice is a Top 10 Recommended Practice via Press-Ganey survey

+ Providers Quality numbers are consistently above the medical group goal

+ Patient population: mix of young, middle-aged adults and seniors

+ WellSpan now utilizes **DAX - Dragon Ambient experience.** DAX is an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note into the EPIC EHR for the provider
