    Job Summary

    The Manager of Practice Performance Sales is a key member of the Learning & Development team, accountability for designing and delivering learning solutions that strengthen sales capability across Aspen Dental. Reporting to the Director of L&D, Practice Performance Sales, this role partners closely with Sales Enablement, Operations, HR, and broader L&D teams to ensure that team members at all levels have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed.

     

    This individual contributor is a performance consultant who can develop and execute learning solutions to build foundational through advanced capabilities and confidence. The Manager, L&D Practice Performance Sales, will possess excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills and must have the ability to work effectively within all

     

    levels of the organization

    Essential Responsibilities:

    Learning Design

    + Partner withSales Enablementto understand development needs, including sales capability, operations skills, leadership, and business management.

    + Design and deliver role-based learningjourneysforPCCandSales Coaches.

    + Design and deliversales learning for Doctors, OMs, OLs and field leaders.

    Program Delivery & Culture

    + Executeend-to-end design, facilitation, implementation, and sustainment of learning programs.

    + Drive a culture of learning embedding L&D into daily operations.

    + Understand the specific needs of learners so you can advocate and adapt to their needs and preferences.

    Measurement & Continuous Improvement

    + Evaluate programs for effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

    + Use data and analytics to track impact, iterate solutions, and inform decision-making.

    + Research and apply best practices insales,learning and development.

    Collaboration & Partnership

    + Serve as a trusted partnerforSales Enablement,FieldLeadersand HR teams.

    + Support broader organizational L&D initiatives as needed.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent work experience

    + 3-5 years of relevant learning and development experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce.

    + Provenexperiencein sales learning and development, including building role-based sales capability programs.

    + Well versed in digital learning, just-in-time, and blended learning strategies.

    + Demonstrated skill in instructional design and implementing development programs for all audiences.

    + Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization.

    + Flexibility and agility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

    + Excellent facilitation skills. Experience in small and large group facilitation in multiple modalities.

    + Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs/processes

    + Very detail-oriented and organized.

    + Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and zoom.

    + Ability to travel as needed.

     

    Salary Range: Min - $110,000 | Mid - 118,000$ | Max - $136,000 DOE + 10% bonus
