As a *Physical Therapist* on our team, you will: · Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses, with a focus on *stroke*, *traumatic brain injury*, *spinal cord injury*, and other *neurological conditions*. · Collaborate within a dynamic *interdisciplinary team* to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and safe discharge. · Contribute to a supportive and innovative rehab environment that emphasizes *personalized care*, *functional outcomes*, and a *seamless transition across the continuum of care*.
