**Job Title:** Manufacturing Operator I – Rotational Molding Machine Operator

**Location:** Pingree Grove, IL

**Department:** Rotational Molding

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rotational Molding Department as a Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in the operation of rotational molding machines to produce quality parts.

+ Utilize power tools as needed and follow established finishing procedures.

+ Accurately read a ruler and adhere to finishing guidelines to ensure product standards.

+ Examine finished parts, rejecting those not meeting quality standards.

+ Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation.

+ Take initiative and work independently when required.

Requirements

+ Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with power tools.

+ Ability to read, write, and understand English.

+ Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

+ Strong work habits and reliability.

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

+ Excellent communication skills.

**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 1st shift $20.00 or more depending on Experience
