Kelly®** **is seeking an experienced I&C Specialist to support a top client’s LNG operations in Sabine Pass, Texas.

This is an expert-level position with a strong focus on measurement systems.

**Location:** Sabine Pass, TX (Local Candidates Only)

**Schedule:** 5/40 (Potential for OT)

**Duration:** Strong potential to extend through EOY and beyond

**Payrate:** Up to $90 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide expert-level support for instrumentation and control (I&C) systems with an emphasis on measurement across LNG operations.

+ Lead complex troubleshooting, diagnostics, root cause analyses, and reliability improvements.

+ Mentor and provide technical authority to engineers and technicians.

+ Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

+ Maintain accurate records of equipment history, repairs, and inspections.

+ Support contract interface and management.

+ Coordinate execution of maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.

+ Support procurement and inventory management of maintenance supplies.

+ Collaborate on strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Deliver guidance and training for maintenance personnel on industry best practices.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant technical discipline, OR equivalent work experience.

+ Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in I&C, measurements, and controls.

+ Likely prior experience as an I&C Technician.

+ Extensive experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and reliability improvement of field instrumentation and control systems.

+ Advanced knowledge of control systems architecture and field instrumentation.

+ Strong contract interface and management skills.

+ This is **not** an I&C Technician role, but candidates who have previously held such roles and advanced in their career are ideal.
