    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Operator at our Cincinnati plant. You will play a crucial role in manufacturing, identifying, and preventing issues in the plant environment. The safety of employees and our products is crucial, and you will help us achieve our safety goals by proactively accessing your environment and attending to issues or concerns. In this role, you will work night shift, 7pm-7am. This role has a working schedule of 48 hours one week, and 36 hours the next, with a starting pay rate of $28.28 an hour.

     

    A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

    + **Packing With Care** – Prepare finished products in accordance with prescribed packing procedures. You'll take particular care in high-quality packing of finished goods.

    + **Operating Machinery** – You'll work with computer-controlled equipment or mechanically based machines. You will clean and prepare machines for production. Along with assembling and disassembling equipment.

    + **Managing Machine Performance** – Ensure machines are stocked and running at full capacity.

    + **Following Best Practices** – Adhere to good manufacturing practices as you prepare equipment for production. You'll use all the right safety practices as you support our efforts to create great snacks for our customers.

     

    We're Looking for Someone With

     

    + The ability to stand for long periods of time.

    + Ability to work night shift, 7pm-7am as well as overtime and weekends.

    + Effective communication skills, detail oriented and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or related position.
