    Manufacturing Technician

    Compensation and Benefits

    + **Employees hired after October 1, 2025, will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus!**

    + **Hourly pay starting at $23.06** , plus an extra $.55 shift differential for all rotating shifts

    Responsibilities

    + **Operate production equipment** to manufacture products according to safety and quality standards.

    + **Perform routine maintenance** and mechanical troubleshooting on machines and equipment.

    + **Monitor and document production metrics** , including quality checks and safety logs.

    + **Work collaboratively in a team environment** to achieve daily production goals.

    + **Follow all safety procedures** and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    Qualifications

    + Demonstrated **mechanical aptitude** and ability to perform equipment troubleshooting, sanitization, and maintenance.

    + Ability to **stand for long periods** and lift up to 50 lbs at or above waist height.

    + Willingness to work **rotating shifts** , including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

    + Strong **verbal and written communication skills** .

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
