About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead our Rochester location. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing vehicle repairs, and ensuring smooth shop operations. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide outstanding customer service from vehicle intake through release, including follow-up as needed

+ Listen attentively to customer concerns and evaluate vehicles to develop effective repair plans

+ Recommend appropriate auto repairs and prepare accurate pricing quotes

+ Coordinate with parts suppliers and technicians to ensure all necessary materials are available

+ Keep customers informed with updates as work progresses

+ Address detailed questions about services performed and pricing clearly and professionally

+ Maintain organized customer records and files

+ Schedule appointments and manage communications over the phone

Other Duties

+ Perform additional tasks as assigned, ready to adapt to new challenges

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Valid driver’s license

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment

+ Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
