We are looking for a talented Software Engineer Level 2 to join our growing development team and help deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions. In this role, you will work across on premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, contributing to the full software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to design and build modern applications using C#, .NET, and React, while applying best practices in cloud computing, DevOps, and application security.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and maintain high quality software solutions using C#, .NET, and React across on premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and implement effective solutions.

+ Contribute to system and application architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

+ Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and web application components, ensuring seamless integration between front end and back end services.

+ Design, deploy, and support solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including hybrid and cloud native architectures.

+ Implement DevOps best practices, including CI and CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring to support reliable deployments.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to performance, security, and availability across multiple environments.

+ Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and help maintain high coding standards across the team.

+ Stay current with emerging technologies and modern development practices, especially in cloud and hybrid environments, and apply them where appropriate.

On Premises, Hybrid, and Cloud Environments

+ Work with business applications deployed across on premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures.

+ Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure application environments are stable, secure, and meet performance expectations.

+ Support the migration of applications from on premises to cloud or hybrid architectures in alignment with organizational cloud strategies.

+ Monitor application performance and governance, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Risk, Security, and Compliance:

+ Ensure applications comply with internal security standards and applicable regulations such as SOX and PCI DSS.

+ Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to protect applications from vulnerabilities and emerging threats.

+ Support audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning for critical systems.

+ Contribute to quality assurance practices, including test planning, documentation, and defect tracking, to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

+ Five or more years of hands on experience as a Software Engineer with strong expertise in C# and .NET.

+ Experience developing front end applications using React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

+ Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

+ Experience with DevOps practices, including CI and CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments.

+ Familiarity with version control systems and Agile development methodologies.

+ Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and software design principles.

+ Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with hybrid cloud strategies and application migrations.

+ Familiarity with Azure DevOps and other automation and CI and CD tools.

+ Knowledge of relational and non relational databases such as SQL Server or MongoDB.

+ Relevant cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer.
