    What You’ll Do

    + Maintain, repair, and rebuild packaging machinery (case erectors, tray formers, sealers, stitchers, etc.)

    + Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues

    + Implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime

    + Train customer teams on machine operation and cleaning

    + Document inspections, repairs, and recommendations accurately

    + Serve as a technical resource for complex issues

    + Ensure a safe work environment at all times

    What We’re Looking For

    + 2–4 years of mechanical service experience preferred

    + GED required; high school diploma preferred

    + Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting

    + Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings

    + Willingness to travel extensively (up to 1–2 months at a time)

    + Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

    + Valid driver’s license and passport; clean driving record

    + Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
