Your role and responsibilities

As a Program Manager for Consulting Services, you drive the planning and execution of cross-functional programs that support strategic business objectives across consulting services. You partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver initiatives involving communications, business insights, process improvement, and change management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Drive Program Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans that align with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring effective coordination and stakeholder engagement.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver initiatives, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication throughout the program lifecycle.

• Ensure Best Practices Adoption: Identify and implement best practices, leveraging industry expertise and organizational knowledge to optimize program delivery and drive business outcomes.

• Manage Change Initiatives: Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and initiatives across the organization.

• Deliver Business Insights: Provide actionable business insights and recommendations, informing strategic decision-making and driving business growth.

Required technical and professional expertise

* Must have TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Poly

* 5 years managing TS/SCI programs with TS/SCI deployments and workstreams with the US Federal Government

* Demonstrated track record of innovation and fluency with current and emerging technological innovation in IT, AI/ML, and US intelligence community

• Cross-Functional Program Management: Deep expertise in managing complex, cross-functional programs that support strategic business objectives, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership: Experience with building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, customers, and partners, to drive program success and deliver business outcomes.

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Deep understanding of strategic planning and execution, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive program plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.

•Best Practices Implementation: Experience in identifying and implementing best practices, leveraging industry expertise and organizational knowledge to optimize program delivery and drive business outcomes.

• Change Management Leadership: Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and initiatives across the organization.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the consulting services industry, with expertise in managing programs that drive business growth and strategic objectives.

• Business Analytics: Experience with data analysis and interpretation, providing actionable business insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

• Process Improvement Methodologies: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, leveraging best practices to optimize program delivery and drive business outcomes.
