Your role and responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Associate Partner with a specialty in finance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive SAP finance solutions, support client engagements, and contribute to the growth of our SAP practice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial management challenges and design tailored SAP finance solutions that address their unique needs.

* Pre-sales Support: Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses, showcasing your deep understanding of SAP finance modules and their strategic benefits.

* Project Execution: Work alongside senior consultants to deliver SAP finance projects, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and testing.

* Thought Leadership: Share your expertise through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements, positioning our firm as a trusted advisor in SAP finance.

* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and driving client satisfaction.

* Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the SAP finance space, contributing to the growth of our practice and the firm's revenue.

* Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest SAP finance trends, features, and best practices, and actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.

* Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with junior team members, sharing your expertise and guiding their professional development.

Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week subject to business needs.

This position can be performed anywhere in the United States

Required technical and professional expertise

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an SAP consultant or partner, with a specialty in finance (e.g., FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud for Finance).

* Deep understanding of SAP finance modules, processes, and best practices.

* Strong SAP project experience, including implementation, upgrade, and integration projects.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

* Relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Finance (SAP FICO) or similar, are preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
