    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Operate rail and plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe loading of railcars.

    + Monitor and control the flow of materials to ensure proper loading.

    + Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.

    + Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

    + Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    + Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    + Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Must pass post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Exposure to moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    + Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

    + Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

    + Manual dexterity to operate equipment and tools.
