    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime.

    + Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and components.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.

    + Support safety initiatives and adhere to all company and regulatory standards.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    + Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.

    + Effective communication and organizational skills.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
