Your role and responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Hiring Lead, you will be responsible for the Consulting Americas Entry Level strategy, recruiting planning and execution to fulfill demand, including requisition management, sourcing direction and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
* Review Entry-Level Hiring processes for simplification, elimination, and digitization - collaborating with Global Delivery Network (GDN) Leads to provide input on best practices and standards.
* Deliver on Campus demand within the agreed timelines.
* Conduct School/College Analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to business.
* Manage Entry-Level demand collection and translate business demand into requisition strategy for Consulting.
* Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for HR Leadership stakeholders, partnering with Global Delivery Network (GDN) Entry-Level Recruiting Managers to provide centralized strategies and measurable outcomes.
* Monitor the health of the pipeline and guide sourcing strategy to ensure quality and diversity of hires.
* Define, plan, and execute seasonal hiring deliverables and timelines.
* Determines & communicates timelines - organizing and driving deliverables required across compensation, assessment and relocation/stipends, school planning and program conversion investments
Required technical and professional expertise
* Lead TA transformation initiatives and campus hiring strategy execution.
* Partner with GDN Recruiting Managers to improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.
* Define and manage requisition strategies, postings, and assessment alignment.
* Drive talent branding efforts to support high‑quality and diverse hiring.
* Demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Previous experience with Entry Level Hiring strategies.
