    The Talent Acquisition Manager - Sales & Marketing is responsible for ensuring we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time—to keep Danaher’s sales and marketing functions agile, competitive, and equipped to deliver exceptional growth and customer impact.

     

    This role is pivotal in transforming how we attract top talent across sales and marketing disciplines while advancing our DBS-driven approach to commercial excellence, customer engagement, and growth. You will lead a team focused on precision, speed, and scalability—building the workforce that drives Danaher’s market leadership and revenue performance. This position reports to a Talent Acquisition Director, is part of the North America Talent Acquisition Team, and will be fully remote.

    In this role you will have the opportunity to:

    + Align your team’s objectives with Danaher’s regional and global TA strategy, ensuring hiring priorities support commercial capacity, revenue goals, and strategic workforce planning.

    + Cultivate a team culture of accountability and inclusion, empowering recruiters to deliver measurable impact while fostering personal growth and operational excellence.

    + Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing leaders to anticipate shifts in market demand, develop proactive pipelines, and stay ahead of evolving talent needs to ensure alignment between hiring decisions and go-to-market readiness.

    + Leverage data analytics and forecasting tools to monitor hiring trends, productivity metrics, and recruiting effectiveness.

    + Utilize DBS principles and daily management to identify root causes, eliminate waste, and implement improvements that drive speed, quality, and cost efficiency in TA delivery.

    + Reinforce a candidate experience that is consistent, fair, and engaging, ensuring our employment brand reflects Danaher’s values of innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    + End-to-end recruitment experience in high-volume, large-scale and/or multi-site, complex matrixed global businesses

    + Inclusive leadership that cultivates belonging and engagement across teams

    + Strong understanding of workforce planning, labor market dynamics, and talent analytics

    + Demonstrated ability to coach and lead recruiters in continuous improvement and Continuous Improvement methodology

    + Proficiency with TA technology platforms (e.g. - Workday/Phenom/LinkedIn Recruiter) and data visualization tools (One Model)

    + Strong working knowledge of employment law and compliance across North America

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Deep understanding of the evolving sales and marketing talent landscape

    + Strong data orientation to forecast workforce trends and operational capacity

    + Ability to lead through change and scale processes to meet shifting production demands · Continuous improvement and Kaizen mindset, embedded in daily management and problem-solving routines

    Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

    + Ability to travel up to 10%

    The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $155,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

     

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

     

    We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
