Customer Service Representative

Salary: $19 an hour, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take

this into consideration when applying.

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Eastern time

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answer chats/emails regarding accounts payable and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes.

Requirements:

+ Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

+ Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer’s issues.

+ Attention to detail

+ Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Must have a High School Diploma or GED

+ Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)

+ Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
